These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of our website www.mscreationonline.com (the "Website"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use our services. By using our services, you signify your acceptance of the Terms and our Privacy Policy, which take effect on the date you book or use our services, creating a legally binding arrangement with us.

We reserve the right to change these Terms and our Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to keep yourself updated on any changes by visiting our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms and Privacy Policy.

How the Service Works

We provide tailoring services in Delhi & NCR. You can place an order for your clothing needs by submitting an inquiry on our website.

• Book Appointments: Available 24/7 at www.mscreationonline.com.
• Appointments Visit/Pick-ups: Generally done between 8 am-9 pm (Mon-Sun).
• Non-negotiable Charges: All service charges are fixed and non-negotiable.
• Delivery: Standard delivery time is 7-10 working days. It may vary depending on various circumstances. For delivery below 7 days, express charges will be applicable.
• Cost Variability: The estimated cost may vary; the amount mentioned on the final bill is the payable amount.
• Minimum Order Amount: No minimum order amount is required, but a pickup and delivery fee of INR 250 applies. Orders above INR 2000 qualify for free pickup and delivery.
• Advance Payment: A 50% advance payment is required when our representative visits you.
• Free Alterations: Alterations are free within 7 days of delivery. For alterations requested after this period, charges will apply following a consultation.
• Third-party Alterations: Alteration charges apply to garments not stitched by us, and pickup and delivery charges are applicable.
• Cancellation Policy: Free cancellations are not allowed after the order is placed or the consultant has visited.
• Visiting Charges: If a consultant visits for an appointment and no order is placed, a fee of INR 500 will be charged.
• Production Cancellations: Once an order goes into production, cancellation charges apply.
• Fit Garment: Please provide a garment that fits you well to ensure the best results.
• Offcuts: Offcuts will be disposed of or recycled unless otherwise requested by the client.
• Non-payment/Partial Payment: MS Creation does not keep customer garments for more than 30 days due to non-payment/partial payment. Garments not paid for within 30 days will be donated to charity, and any advance paid will be forfeited.
• Refunds or Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom stitching. However, we offer alterations for garments stitched by us if you are not satisfied with the fit.
• Incorrect Orders: In the case of a wrong order being delivered, you are eligible for a refund.
• Terms of Service: All orders are subject to the company's terms and conditions.
